Bradley Jones was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Before entering the legal profession, he built a successful career in construction that spanned more than 16 years, working his way from laborer to project manager on multimillion-dollar industrial projects and later as a business owner. After the loss of his mother, and with the encouragement and support of his wife and five children, Bradley made the decision to change course and joined the Montana Army National Guard. While attending Officer Candidate School, he was inspired to pursue a career in law.
Bradley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013. During law school, he served as President of the University of Montana Military Law Society and Vice President of the Willamette Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2014 and later to the North Dakota Bar in 2015.
Bradley joined Bulman Law Associates, PLLC as an intern during his final year of law school and continued with the firm as an associate attorney. In January 2018, he purchased Joan Cook’s family law practice. In March 2020, he acquired Bulman Law Associates, PLLC from his longtime mentor and friend, Thomas C. Bulman, and merged the firms to form Bulman Jones & Cook PLLC. Bradley remains grateful for the continued mentorship of both Mr. Bulman and Ms. Cook and values the benefit of their combined decades of legal experience.
Family is central to Bradley’s life and the foundation of his legal practice. He brings the perspective of a business owner, tradesman, military officer, and parent to every case. Whether clients are dealing with injury, job loss, the death of a loved one, or complex family matters, Bradley focuses on explaining legal options clearly and honestly so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
Outside the office, Bradley has served for nearly two decades as a Scout Master with both the Boy Scouts of America and Scouts Canada. He enjoys the outdoors, including camping, hunting, fishing, ice hockey, and four-wheeling, and is pursuing a longtime goal of raising and training hunting hounds. Bradley credits his success to the unwavering support of his family, especially his wife of more than 25 years. All five of their children are talented musicians and vocalists.
“I use the knowledge I gained in my previous careers to help clients understand their cases and move forward with clarity.”
